As a former business professor, she loves to share her knowledge which has led to her TEDx Talk “Confessions of a Crisis Manager” and three bestselling books A Business Owner’s Guide to Crisis PR, A Lawyer’s Guide to Crisis PR (Second Edition) and A Board Member’s Guide to Crisis PR.
